Cancelation Policy
Last Updated: 2025-05-16
1. Introduction
This Cancelation Policy outlines your rights and procedures for canceling your Rowlytix subscription or withdrawing from our services. Rowlytix is operated by Wizify, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to withdraw from your Rowlytix subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- Withdrawal Period: The 14-day period begins at the end of your free trial (7 or 14 days, depending on the plan) or, if no free trial, from the date you subscribe.
- Digital Content Exception: Rowlytix provides digital content (e.g., workout plans, data extraction). If you start using our app or services during the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this will waive your right to withdraw, as permitted by law.
- Exercising Withdrawal: To withdraw, you must inform us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Emailing us at help@rowlytix.com with your account details and a statement of withdrawal.
- Sending a letter to Rowlytix, Unit 153042, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, United Kingdom.
- Refund on Withdrawal: If you exercise your right to withdraw and have not used the digital content, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Subscription Cancelation
You may cancel your Rowlytix subscription at any time, and the cancelation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancelation.
- Cancelation Process: You can cancel your subscription via:
- Website Subscriptions: Log into your Rowlytix account, navigate to the subscription settings, and select the option to cancel.
- In-App Subscriptions: Cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by following their respective cancelation procedures.
- Free Trial Cancelations: If you cancel during the free trial period (7 or 14 days, depending on the plan), you will not be charged, and your access to the service will end immediately.
- Effect of Cancelation: Upon cancelation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of the billing cycle, except as required by law (e.g., during the withdrawal period).
4. Faulty or Non-Conforming Services
If Rowlytix’s services are faulty or do not conform to the agreed terms (e.g., the app is unavailable or does not function as described), you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK and EU consumer law.
Please contact us at help@rowlytix.com with details of the issue. We will investigate and, if applicable, provide a resolution, which may include a full or partial refund, in accordance with our Refund and Dispute Policy.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancelation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. You will be notified via email or in-app notification of significant changes. Please review this policy periodically.
